1995 Susan Boyle. Rosie O’Donnell Would Totally Hit That!

30 04 2009

One of the least attractive, least talented people in the world somehow managed to say this about Susan Boyle:

“That moment is what every artist tries to capture.”  “Here is this freaky miss, a fat, ugly girl, like Shrek comes to life, directing energy towards her soul. This was so rare … something authentic in a world that is usually manufactured. It was a perfect moment which will never happen again.”

Woooow. Classy and not hypocritical at all!

Maybe being an a$$h#l3 is just how Rosie get’s the chicks.

You know what they say, “nice guys finish last.”

Anyways, it looks like Susan’s been at this fame thing for a while!

Thanks DJ Mick

UPDATE: People Magazine found this clip of Boyle from 1984

Atlas has a round-up for Israel’s 61st!

Uncoached.com is catering our party here at OutOfTheBlu.  They’re a delightful website that focuses on the types of talents which, “can’t be taught.”

They made my post with this day: “15 of the Hottest Women From Israel,” and got bonus points for simultaneously offending 600 million Muslims, plus or minus a few hundred million.

Meet a chosen few here, and click the link for the rest:

Will Anyone Catch It?

28 04 2009

The Open Borders crowd is awfully quiet huh?

Just wait until white people start calling it the Mexican Flu.

Truthfully, they’re just afraid hospitals might become more loaded with illegal aliens and college spring breakers, and Americans might start to question some other costs of our third-world southern neighbors who were on the brink of collapse before this potential mess even started.

I wouldn’t worry if I were them.

Recently, a liberal friend warned me about the dangers of global population and resource depletion.  He was nearly apocalyptic about oil, water, land, food…everything.  He insisted that Mother Nature was already rebelling and that the economic crisis was just another symptom.  He was really good at playing a Buddhist-type vibe that stressed the, “big picture” and the Butterfly Effect.

Just don’t ask him if American: schools, highways, hospitals, insurance claims, prisons or elections are affected whatsoever by illegal aliens.

But enough about liberalism as a mental disorder.  Let’s talk about how this conservative thinks we should follow Europe’s lead on this one!

From E. Eduardo Castillo, Associated Press Writer:

At Germany’s bustling Frankfurt Airport, people suspected of having the disease were examined before getting off planes, said the health minister for Hesse state, Juergen Banzer. The policy was in effect since Saturday at continental Europe’s second-busiest airport, after Charles de Gaulle in Paris.

Governments in Asia — with potent memories of SARS and avian flu outbreaks — heeded the warning amid global fears of a pandemic.

Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, and the Philippines dusted off thermal scanners used in the 2003 SARS crisis and were checking for signs of fever among passengers from North America. South Korea and Indonesia introduced similar screening.

In Malaysia, health workers in face masks took the temperatures of passengers as they arrived on a flight from Los Angeles.

Russia, Hong Kong and Taiwan said visitors returning from flu-affected areas with fevers would be quarantined.

Australian Health Minister Nicola Roxon said pilots on international flights would be required to file a report noting any flu-like symptoms among passengers before being allowed to land in Australia.

China said anyone experiencing flu-like symptoms within two weeks of arrival had to report to authorities.

India will start screening people arriving from Mexico, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Spain, Britain and France for flu-like symptoms, said Vineet Chawdhry, a top Health Ministry official. It also will contact people who have arrived from Mexico and other affected countries in the past 10 days to check for the symptoms, he said.

Meanwhile, America has done nothing to protect its citizens but at least we’re insulated from Mexico by Obamair.  And Obama is happy because he hasn’t had to offend the millions of illegal aliens who helped elect him and other Democrats.

Will The Flu Last Long Enough To Bash Conservatives For It?

28 04 2009

I’m trying to get the jump on the most-likely-to-be used, liberal attempts to blame the Mexican Swine flu on America conservatives.

Here’s the OOTB Early Line:

  • American fat-asses drained the world of edible pork meat.
  • American corporations created an unfair market (think Walmart) on small farms across the world which only further eroded conditions on small farms.
  • American corporation’s pollution caused weak immune systems in pigs.
  • Wealthy Americans unaware of and partly responsible for destitute conditions nearby.
  • George Bush’s tough stance with Mexico shielded out health experts and community activists outreach directors from corresponding with Mexicans.
  • George Bush and other Christians politicized the scientists who wanted more anti-vaccines.
  • Republicans still don’t believe your grandfather was a monkey!
  • The republican American recession, hit Mexicans particularly hard because the amount of American dollars sent back to Mexico, by Mexicans in America was drastically reduced.
  • Illegal Immigration is racist, and this is no time to reevaluate some of the negative consequences it may or may not cause.   Look over there!
  • The Armed Forces could have been called to the border but they were all in Iraq.
  • America should have been more in-tune with Mexico’s socio-economic problems and lack of natural resources.
  • 46 million Americans do not have health care!!!

Reader submissions would be awesome.

High-Stakes Bluff: Called. Raised! Cheney Wants Less Secrets Than Dems!?

24 04 2009

By now, you know Obama released some Bush memos (and photos?) regarding harsh interrogation methods, and boy do they sound horrific.  Maybe you have even been forced to confront these shocking techniques if you’ve come across liberal protesters water-boarding each other in the middle of the street…

Which, of course proves it’s not torture.

But, this is the “healing” portion of the Obama regime and “he won,” so let’s hear him out.

A sudden reversal and refocus on the last 8 years as the nation is clandestinely transformed, boils down to; neutering and threatening American combatants while simultaneously soothing and aiding enemy combatants undocumented malcontents.

In other words, every whiny, bitchass, jihadi in Tunisia and Jordan now knows our tactics and can prepare for them.  Meanwhile, American servicepeople are justifiably afraid they’re going to have their lives ruined in the public arena for defending their country.

Good idea idiot! You really are, first and foremost, a “citizen of the world!”

Seriously though, if this confession means that America will stop turning peace-loving, Muslims into terrorists, and that all future Islamic terrorism can be solely caused by the Koran, then we’ll have returned to September 10th and who doesn’t want that?

Smart Democrats should be disheartened because this was such an obvious pitfall for the Obama Administration.

Luckily, for those with a sense of humor, instant karma arrived in no time as Dick Cheney is now, more squarely positioned in the, “investigate Bush war crimes” camp, than the lying disgrace, Nancy Pelosi, who denies knowing about “enhanced interrogation techniques.”

That’s because in typical fashion, Obama only released the classified info about the tactics used by Americans, not the resulting intel, which was significant .

Here’s my Mick Dundee, “that’s not a knife, that’s a knife” moment, fortified by Oddee.com’s post last month about real torture devices.

OMG!! That man is being tortured by liberals!

Yom Hashoah: Never Forget. Never Again.

21 04 2009

There are times in this fast-paced, largely gleeful society where evil is seemingly relegated to the big screen, when we must infuse ourselves in sadness because it’s the least we can do for those who have suffered before us.

Today, Holocaust Remembrance Day, is one of those days and Atlas has the material for your viewing.

So click here and here.

It’s the least you can do.

“Sometimes I Feel Like, Somebody’s Watching Me”

20 04 2009

And listening to my calls, and tracking my URL visits, and storing my GPS movements, etc…

This paranoia is something I share with liberals, who elected Obama in large part because he pledged to restore our Constitutional rights of privacy and ditch the power-grabbing Police State model while declassifying Bush’s previously stonewalled perversions so that we could heal.

However, it seems Obama is turning out to be potentially far more invasive than Bush, and even a few liberals (outside the corporate msm) are noticing.

I expected this from Obama, a man who has now appointed more, “czars” than the Romanovs, as The Volokh Conspiracy highlights:

Over some 300 years, Russia was ruled by a total of 18 czars of the Romanov dynasty. However, as David Rothkopf of Foreign Policy points out, the Obama administration has now appointed more czars than that in just three months.

But back to Obama the Constitution Shredder, from Reason:

Barack Obama, who at one point was looking at least a little better than his predecessor on the issue of warrantless domestic surveillance, may turn out to be just as bad. During his campaign he criticized the Bush administration for flouting the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) by monitoring communications involving people in the U.S. without a court order. But then he went along with amendments to FISA that legalized such surveillance, even giving in on the issue of retroactive immunity for the telecommunications companies that facilitated it. Now The New York Times reports that the National Security Agency has been abusing its new statutory powers, collecting purely domestic communications along with the international phone calls and email messages covered by the FISA amendments:

Several intelligence officials, as well as lawyers briefed about the matter, said the N.S.A. had been engaged in “overcollection” of domestic communications of Americans. They described the practice as significant and systemic, although one official said it was believed to have been unintentional.

Meanwhile, the Obama administration is trying to quash an Electronic Frontier Foundation (EFF) lawsuit aimed at holding Bush administration officials responsible for warrantless surveillance conducted prior to the FISA amendments, surveillance that Obama himself has said was illegal. It argues that allowing the lawsuit to proceed would harm national security—a claim frequently made by the Bush administration, which Obama has criticized as excessively secretive. Obama’s Justice Department has gone even further than the Bush administration, arguing that the PATRIOT Act immunizes government officials who participate in illegal surveillance, except when “the Government obtains information about a person through intelligence-gathering, and Government agents unlawfully disclose that information.”

The Atlantic’s, Marc Ambinder has something on Bush’s favorite loophole, the state secrets privilege:

The Obama administration suffered a bit of a legal setback this afternoon: a federal judge in California rejected the administration’s assertion of the state secrets privilege in the civil suit brought by an Islamic charity that was allegedly subjected to illegal NSA surveillance.
